Operations Consultant
We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Operations Consultant to join a growing Boutique consulting firm specializing in operational performance improvement. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable impact in complex manufacturing and industrial environments. As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients across a range of industries - including FMCG, Industrials & Energy to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive sustainable performance improvements. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that blends strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting operational transformation projects, working directly with client teams to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
- Using a hands-on, data-driven approach to analyze processes, uncover inefficiencies, and drive tangible improvements.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to align project goals, define strategies, and execute high-impact initiatives.
- Coaching and mentoring client teams to embed continuous improvement mindsets and ensure long-term success.
- Contributing to internal knowledge development and business growth by sharing insights, methodologies, and best practices.
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree level education in a relevant field such as Engineering or Physics.
- Experience in manufacturing, ideally in a Continuous Improvement related role, with a passion for Operational Excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A hands-on approach to driving change - comfortable working in industrial environments and engaging directly with frontline teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
