Annual Range Of Pay: $60k - $100k + / yr depending on performance Job Description Automotive Sales Associate Summary Join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate and help customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget. In this customer-focused role, you will deliver an exceptional buying experience by building relationships, demonstrating product knowledge, and guiding customers through every step of the sales process. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers with a professional and friendly approach to understand their needs and preferences. Recommend vehicles based on customer lifestyle, budget, and driving needs. Conduct engaging test drives to highlight vehicle features, technology, and performance. Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and current promotions. Guide customers through the complete sales process, including trade-ins, financing, and paperwork. Negotiate sales agreements with transparency and a customer-first mindset. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service. Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed on industry trends and product updates. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals using effective sales and relationship-building techniques.
