Line Lead – Pick & Pack Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Compensation: $17.00 per hour About Us: We are a warehouse and distribution operation focused on preparing seed displays and supporting product assembly in a fast-paced team environment. Benefits & Perks Consistent 1st shift schedule $17.00 per hour Team-oriented warehouse environment Hands-on warehouse and assembly experience Safety equipment provided Summary Perform pick and pack warehouse duties Assemble and prepare seed display products Work in a fast-paced production environment Maintain safety and workplace standards Responsibilities Pick seed packets and place them into display units Assist with assembling display boards Perform basic warehouse and packing duties Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all company safety procedures Requirements Warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required Must pass 10 panel drug test Additional Qualifications Must wear closed-toe shoes Safety glasses required (provided onsite if needed) No cell phone use permitted on production floor Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable attendance and teamwork skills Additional Information Lockers available in breakroom, but employees must bring their own lock Locks must be removed daily Phones may be stored in vehicles or lockers during shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr Armada Staffing Group
