Establish, maintain, and update project risk log. Resolve project issues and elevate as appropriate; spotting bottlenecks before they impact a deadline Comfortable working through ambiguity and guiding projects with a clear understanding of the underlying business challenges, constraints, and trade-offs Able to translate business requirements into actionable, achievable project objectives, and help sharpen stated goals Able to develop a roadmap understanding the key dependencies to be successful Strong negotiation and prioritization skills to navigate cross functional teams. Monitors and reports on project performance and quality across the portfolio; provides input into delivery metrics and project health indicators. Supports portfolio-wide quality audits and process adherence reviews. Drives continuous improvement efforts to increase consistency and effectiveness of project delivery, including risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and outcome realization. Demonstrates appropriate leadership, collaboration, and decision-making behaviors; maintains technical knowledge and professional growth.
