Sourcing Specialist

Position OverviewCoordinates the prudent purchase and contracting of commodities, equipment, services, as assigned, in accordance with internal policies and procedures, including but not limited to investigating alternatives, reviewing cost effectiveness, soliciting bids, and negotiating with vendors. Works closely with the Value Analysis Coordinator of Procurement, MMIS System Administrator, Contract Specialist, Purchasing Agents, and Purchasing Assistants.
