(AMTS).This position will be onsite in Chula Vista, CA.What You Will DoProvide day‑to‑day program management oversight for licensed programs ensuring successful execution of all contractual and technical obligationsCoordinate directly with customers and licensees to manage milestones, deliverables, and routine communications, maintaining alignment with licensing agreements and program expectationsServe as the focal for case management across Collins MROs, providing timely technical guidance, repair support, and issue resolutionLead cross‑functional coordination with AMTS, Spares, Warehouse, CAE, AMP, Licensing, and one‑off repair engineering teams to ensure cohesive and proactive program executionManage contractual compliance of global MRO network licensees through planning, scheduling, and conducting on‑site audits, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements and IP protection standardsFacilitate creation, routing, and oversight of Internal Work Authorizations (IWAs) and purchase orders to support engineering efforts and licensed repair developmentConduct research within Team Center and the Collins/Airbus portals to access engineering manuals, specifications, and aftermarket documentation required to support licensed programsMonitor program performance and drive issue tracking, corrective action coordination, and continuous improvement activities to ensure high-quality customer support and operational excellenceDevelop, maintain, and present monthly customer scorecards focused on IP protection, quality, operations, communication, quarterly reporting, and payment performanceManage program-level forecasting, budget activities, and monthly reporting of Cost of Non‑Performance (CoNP) across assigned licensed programsPrepare and lead program leadership reviews with internal and external licensees, ensuring cadence alignment with licensing agreements and communication of program health and prioritiesSupport development and maturation of GSE/MRO License programs and processes, contributing to improved efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfactionRespond proactively to customer inquiries ensuring delivery of best‑in‑class service levelsTravel up to 10% domestically and internationally to support licensee audits, technical reviews, customer meetings, and program execution needsQualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experienceQualifications We Prefer Experience working directly with licensed repair programs, MRO networks, or global aftermarket service providersFamiliarity with nacelle systems across multiple platforms, including 787, A350, A320 NEO, A220, and E2Strong understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property protection requirements, and compliance processesDemonstrated experience conducting on‑site audits, supplier assessments, or compliance reviews in an aerospace or regulated environmentBackground supporting cost management, forecasting, or financial reporting for technical or aftermarket programsExperience developing program scorecards, dashboards, or performance metrics for customers or suppliersStrong ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, commercial, and The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
