Role Description The Installation Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, and testing Natus Neurodiagnostic and neurocritical care equipment at customer facilities, ensuring systems operate according to specifications and clinical requirements. The Installation Specialist coordinates with hospital staff and internal teams to schedule installations, verify site readiness, and provide basic user orientation on equipment functionality and safety. Daily tasks include troubleshooting installation issues, documenting work performed, maintaining accurate records of equipment and configurations, and adhering to regulatory and company quality standards. The role also involves periodic follow‑up visits for upgrades, reconfigurations, and support, while representing Natus Neuro with professional communication and customer service. Qualifications Technical and equipment skills: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, configure hardware and software, and work safely with clinical equipment in hospital environments. Customer‑facing and communication skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills to collaborate effectively with clinical staff and internal teams. Organization and travel readiness: Solid time‑management, documentation, and organizational skills, with willingness to travel regionally or nationally as required for installations. Education and experience: Relevant technical or biomedical engineering background, or equivalent experience installing or supporting medical or clinical systems.
