As the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely, accurate processing of medical device orders. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and computer savvy will help us deliver high-quality service and life-changing equipment to those who need it most.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming patient and provider requests
• Gather and verify all intake information, documentation, and medical orders
• Enter accurate data into EMR/EHR, CRM, and order-management systems
• Review prescriptions, insurance requirements, and compliance documents
• Coordinate with clinical teams, customer service, and insurance verification
• Ensure devices and equipment orders meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, FDA, DME requirements)
• Track order status and follow up as needed
• Provide compassionate, professional support to patients and partners
• Other duties as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer and data-entry abilities; able to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with EHR, CRM, or order-management software (preferred)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving workflow
• Knowledge of medical terminology, DME, or medical office processes (a plus, but not required)
• Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working cross-departmentally
• Commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year experience in healthcare intake, medical office, DME, customer service, or related field, preferred
• Knowledge of HCPC codes, preferred
• Proficient with MS Suite, digital documentation, and multitasking tools
