Principal HRIS Analyst

Driving solutions in HR technology, the full-time Principal HRIS Analyst will configure Workday, manage system changes, and collaborate with HR leaders to enhance processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, test, implement, and administer the Workday HRIS and other HR technologies Maintain change management documentation for audit controls and compliance practices Lead and manage assigned projects, including planning, design, testing, and release Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with significant experience considered 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in two or more modules in addition to Payroll Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to guide users and project team members Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports, and dashboards
