Summary 

The Entry-Level Stop Loss Support Specialist is responsible for running standard reports and supporting the maintenance of stop loss and claims data. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with reports and spreadsheets, and interested in building experience in healthcare or insurance operations. 

Responsibilities 

• Run routine stop loss and claims reports using established systems and templates
• Verify report data for accuracy, completeness, and formatting
• Upload, organize, andmaintainreport files and data logs
• Assistwith updating spreadsheets and tracking reports on a recurring schedule
• Follow documented procedures for report generation and data handling
• Flag data issues or missing information to senior team members
• Respond to basic internal requests for reports and data extracts
• Maintain confidentiality andcomply withdata privacy standards

Required Qualifications 

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience running reports in an office, healthcare, or insurance environment
• Familiarity with claims data or insurance terminology (helpful but notrequired)
• Exposure to reporting tools or databases is a plus
