What You'll Do:

• Provide vital emergency care in a collaborative environment
• Cover diverse cases from low to moderate acuity
• Work flexible shifts including night and day shifts at two premier locations:
• Night shift (10 PM – 8 AM) at Southwood
• Day/Evening shifts (1 PM – 11 PM or 11 AM – 9 PM or 9 AM – 7 PM) at Gwinnett

Required Skills:

• Valid PA license and certification
• Prior emergency department experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual capabilities
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies
• Minimum of 2 years of ED experience preferred
• Local candidates strongly preferred, with knowledge of local protocols and community

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
