Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $16.90 - $17.15 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits California Paid Sick Time Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Program End‑of‑Season Premium Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications Eligibility This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position. Responsibilities The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Requirements Minimum age 16; physical demands include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for up to 8 hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr Role, Inc.
