Retail Fragrances Sales Support Associate - Prada/YSL, West Covina - Full Time

Location: West Covina, CA, United States Schedule: Full time Schedule Pay: $18.15 – $27.74 hourly (based on job, location, and schedule) Job Description This role is responsible for providing professional services to customers by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, contributing to the success of the department, handling fulfillment, and performing related duties. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to both in‑store and digital customers. Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through actual application or card application. Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or Inventory Manager on inventory accuracy. Attend product training classes and seminars. Maintain proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock. Participate in pre‑selling and sales‑driving events to maximize sales. Process new receipts, damages, testers, and return to vendor (RTV) transactions in a timely manner. Ensure a safe work area free from hazards. Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures. Maintain hygiene standards. Follow shortage programs and procedures. Create an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and the community. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of related experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups. Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Self‑starter who works well independently as well as part of a team. Flexible to work a retail schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays. Essential Physical Requirements Lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands; standing for at least two consecutive hours and lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld devices and cash register operations.
