Key Responsibilities-

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any needs or concerns
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications-

• Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
