Hannah's - A Modern Korean Pocha is hiring energetic and hospitality-focused Servers to join our opening team. This is not just a serving position - it is an opportunity to help shape the culture and guest experience of a new luxe beach bar built around elevated hospitality.

At Hannah's, service goes beyond taking orders - it's about creating experiences guests want to return to all year long. As the face of our guest experience, you will be expected to deliver warm, attentive, and energetic service that reflects the elevated Korean hospitality spirit of Jeong.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional beverage and small plate fare experiences to guests through engaging, attentive, and hospitality-forward interactions
• Build genuine rapport with guests while maintaining professionalism
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktail menus, spirits, beer, wine, bar fare menu, and featured offerings
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks, other team members and managers
• Help maintain the upbeat, positive energy of the bar environment for guests and fellow team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Follow all sanitation, food safety, and responsible alcohol compliance standards
• Maintain a professional and polished guest-facing appearance
• Assist with opening, side work, stocking, and closing duties
• Process payments accurately through POS systems
• Maintain composure, organizational skills, and positivity during high-volume service periods

What we're looking for:

• Previous serving, cocktail serving, nightlife, restaurant, or hospitality experience required
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented mindset with a hospitality-first attitude
• Professional appearance and polished guest-facing presentation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
• Prior upscale hospitality or beach venue experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Korean food, beverage, or hospitality culture is appreciated but not required
• City of Long Branch ABC Card is required.

Available shifts and compensation:

• 24+ hours per week including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Seasonal and year-round opportunities available based on performance
• Compensation: $6.05/hour plus tips
• High earning potential in a high-volume luxury beach environment
