Sr. Project Coordinator

Hybrid 3 days onsite in Richmond, VA

Our client seeks a Supplier Procurement Coordinator to support BAU procurement operations including supplier onboarding, invoicing, purchasing, and sanction screenings. Candidates with Coupa or similar procurement platforms, Google Workspace familiarity, and AI exposure will be preferred. The team values collaboration and clear written and verbal communication.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $22.00 to $25.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day supplier procurement activities, including onboarding, invoicing, and purchasing.
Perform sanction screenings in accordance with policy.
Assist with increased volume related to the DFS integration and critical timelines.
Collaborate with a Richmond-based supplier enablement team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within procurement systems.

Experience Requirements:

Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms preferred.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Exposure to AI tools is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a close team.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma required.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
