Peer Recovery Navigator - Mental Health & Housing
Hands Across Long Island, Inc.
HALI is seeking a Peer Bridger to support individuals in Stony Brook University Hospital’s CPEP and during transition to community care. This role leverages lived experience to provide recovery-oriented support and linkage services under supervision. The position partners with HALI and Stony Brook staff to deliver peer-led recovery and resource navigation, adhering to program guidelines and focusing on social justice and empowerment for participants. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hands Across Long Island, Inc.
