Supervisory Medical Support Assistant

Supervisory Medical Support Assistant
The Supervisory MSA duties included but not limited to:
- Assigning and evaluating work of subordinate staff
- Evaluating performance and taking disciplinary action when necessary
- Plan work schedules and assignments to assure even flow and distribution of work or achieve efficient operation
- Revises work schedules to expedite handling of priority cases, taking into consideration peak workloads and availability of manpower, thus increasing productivity as well as employee satisfaction.
- Coordinates outpatient area procedures and activities with representatives with other program areas and established administrative procedures and policies for the staff.
- Directly supervises the Advanced Medical Support Assistants in coordinating administrative and professional responsibility for planning and directing the MSA activities.

Tour: Monday - Friday 7:30- 16:00
