Brand New Office Opening Soon | Hiring 3 Hygienists

Schedule:

• 4day workweek totaling approximately 34 hours per week

Two shift options available:

Monday-Thursday Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Tuesday-Friday Schedule:

• Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, patientcentered dental hygiene care, including preventive services, periodontal therapy, and patient education
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, highquality care
• Perform thorough assessments, including periodontal charting and dental radiographs as prescribed
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and overall wellness
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
• Uphold infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times
• Contribute to a positive, teamoriented culture in a brandnew office environment

Qualifications

• Active (or soontobe) Kentucky Dental Hygiene license
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced dental hygienists
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and creating positive dental experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamoriented mindset with a willingness to grow alongside a new practice
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a brandnew, startup office environment
• Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and continuous learning

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
