Wealth Management Product Owner, Due Diligence

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 10 years of direct experience as a senior business professional, program manager, or technology platform owner in a complex organization that has brought portfolio management solutions to market
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and/or due diligence tools
• Direct asset and wealth management experience, preferably in a multi-asset environment, with broad knowledge of equity, fixed income, commodities, and currency markets
• Working knowledge of the fund-of-funds business and investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, and structured products
• Ability to manage a large body of work, including budgeting and financial responsibilities; explain complex technology and delivery details to varied audiences; and move concepts through execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working effectively on a global team
• Deep understanding of agile development practices and the ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic, cross-functional scoping, design, implementation, and rollout work
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience communicating with senior leaders and key stakeholders
• Motivated, results-oriented, client-focused, and self-directed, with strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

• Drive the internal and external applications that make up our Due Diligence Toolkit, own their vision, support the transition to the Product Owner Model, and address the prioritized needs of our Due Diligence Teams
• Lead the health and value delivery of the product, defining objectives, roadmaps, and key performance indicators across the Due Diligence Teams
• Independently plan and execute large-scale projects and business initiatives alongside the Product Owner
• Set product strategy and guide strategic and tactical decisions
• Analyze feedback from end users and product partners to identify platform improvements
• Help define product-level Objectives and Key Results with Product Owners, prioritize work, and plan product sprints
• Set day-to-day priorities as a subject matter expert and work continuously with Technology, Design, and business users
• Engage with broader business groups, including Risk, Controls, and Strategic Partnerships, to align work with business vision and advance outcomes
• Write development stories, perform and facilitate testing, and manage implementations
• Align the work backlog with product priorities to deliver value incrementally
