Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon – 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri – 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat – 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun – 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk by greeting residents and visitors, verifying entry permissions, maintaining visitor records, and reporting unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner. Answer questions, provide directions, and support daily front desk operations while helping to address incidents, maintenance concerns, and other property-related issues according to location procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
