Responsibilities include:

Leasing Processes (new leases and renewals)

Property Maintenance and Turnover Processes (effective follow-up and communication)

Data entry, data reporting (spreadsheet updates)

On-Site Inspections (willingness to travel locally with mileage reimbursement)

General support of Property Manager activities
