Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

Overview We’re hiring BARTENDERS — aka our front desk legends — who keep the shop running smooth, the energy high, and the clients feeling like queens. What You’ll Do: Making every guest feel welcomed and fabulous Managing the front desk with confidence Driving sales (membership + retail) Supporting the stylists and keeping things flowing Perks & Pay: $16.50–$18.50/hr base + commission + bonuses Free blowouts every month Sick time, flexible hours, & team treats Discounts on our cult-favorite products Clear growth path + ongoing training What You Bring: 1+ year of customer service or retail experience Salon or spa experience is a plus (but not required!)
