Lead the Charge as General Manager at Rosie's PIZZERIA!
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for great food and exceptional service? Rosie's PIZZERIA in beautiful Pagosa Springs, CO, is looking for a General Manager to join our team and help us continue serving up delicious pizza and unforgettable dining experiences. If you have the skills, experience, and drive to manage a thriving restaurant, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and top-notch service.
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Managing budgets and financial performance , including inventory and cost controls.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in line with company policies.
- Hiring, training, and scheduling staff to keep the restaurant fully staffed and running smoothly.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues to maintain a positive reputation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Some BOH kitchen experience is necessary for this role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team.
- A knack for problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and upholding Rosie's PIZZERIA's high standards.
- The ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and control costs effectively.
