Pine Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a motivated Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team. In this role, you'll help oversee the daily operations of our business office while supporting our residents, staff, and facility.

Your Role as a Business Office Manager

As the Business Office Manager , you'll play an important role in keeping our business office running efficiently and supporting the financial and administrative needs of the facility.

Responsibilities may include:

• Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications
• Prepare and submit applicable write-off requests according to collection policies
• Prepare daily deposits
• Oversee Accounts Payable functions
• Oversee Payroll processes
• Supervise and support Business Office staff
• Help ensure business office processes are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working with both people and numbers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and VA billing practices
• Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
• Experience with computerized office systems
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions necessary to perform job responsibilities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with facility leadership and staff
• Reliable attendance and commitment to providing excellent service
