Experienced technicians who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality, transparent auto care.
What we offer:
- Sign-on bonus-up to $6,000 for qualifying positions.
- Competitive hourly pay: up to $45 per hour based on years of experience!
- Performance bonus: up to $10 per billable hour!

As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you'll:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
- Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
- Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

Pay/years of experience breakdown:
- A level: 7-10+ years of experience Up to $45 an hour
- B level: 2-7 years of experience Up to $37 an hour
- Tire tech/C level: 6 months-2 years of experience Up to $27 an hour
Physical requirements
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
- Efficiently navigate a computer
