Senior Academic Advisor

Driven and entrepreneurial, the remote Senior Academic Advisor will manage inbound sales through consultative calls with parents and students, guiding them in their educational journey while building trust and ensuring a positive experience. Key responsibilities Lead consultative intro calls with prospective students and families to recommend suitable programs and packages Own relationships from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Experiment with messaging and follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates and improve the enrollment process Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding sales targets Strong proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, with experience in data management Comfort with data and reporting, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
