Senior Financial Analyst This newly created role offers the chance to step into a high impact financial position supporting the company’s performance driven compensation function. You’ll join a small, collaborative team led by an outgoing and technically strong manager who values clarity, partnership, and strong analytical judgment. This group oversees the accounting and finance for complex incentive compensation programs and you’ll dive deep into large datasets, interpret incentive structures, and translate intricate calculation outputs into clear insights for leadership. Your analysis will help shape ongoing decisions and guide operational partners. The work blends technical evaluation with thoughtful interpretation as you help ensure accuracy and transparency across the process. Location: Greater Tampa Bay | Hybrid | Local Candidates Only Compensation: Up to 85k + Bonus Potential Responsibilities Support oversight of a wide range of production driven incentive programs across multiple regions Analyze financial impacts and assist in monitoring program related activities Interpret rules and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders Review complex calculation outputs to confirm accuracy and alignment with plan intent Work with extensive datasets containing historical results and multi-year performance trends Prepare comparative analyses and summary views requested by operational leaders Convert raw data into accessible insights tailored to different audiences Build and enhance Excel based models using advanced logic and structured data practices Monitor program workflows, ensuring smooth setup, review, and approval cycles Support enhancements to reporting tools and dashboard capabilities Maintain clear documentation outlining methodologies, exceptions, and process variations Communicate promptly and professionally when addressing questions or follow ups Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required 3+ years core accounting experience required, including journal entries and reconciliations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Poise and professionalism required; must be comfortable engaging with many stakeholders Strong financial systems aptitude (experience with Power BI or similar is valued) Solid Excel proficiency with heavy daily utilization Aptitude for managing detailed workflows and complex processes Successful completion of background, drug, and reference checks required!
