Inpatient Flow Coordinator, Days

Overview:

This role is built for professionals who understand that timely discharges create access, improve outcomes, and allow us to care for more patients -without sacrificing quality or experience.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement of patients as it relates to admissions, transfers, and discharges and act as a liaison with Medical Staff to ensure that patient care is delivered in an efficient and safe manner.

Qualifications:

• Required

Work Experience

• 3 years experience working as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting Required
• competent to work in multiple areas including acute and critical care settings Required
• experience with conscious sedation for working at Piedmont Fayette Hospital Required
• 3 years of leadership responsibility Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support through American Heart Association Required
