You will handle customer inquiries related to rewards, payments, and app functionality, primarily through chat and email, using templated responses to ensure consistency and efficiency. This role is ideal for a dependable and communicative individual. You will be part of a collaborative team that values reliability, especially during weekend remote shifts.**Key Responsibilities*** Resolve customer-facing issues related to the mobile app, including rewards and payment concerns.* Communicate via chat and email using templated and free-form responses.* Escalate issues appropriately following established protocols.* Maintain consistent productivity and responsiveness, especially during remote weekend shifts.* Ensure reliable internet access while working remotely.**Work Schedule**The work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Work is performed remotely on Saturday and Sunday and onsite from Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Wednesday and Thursday are off.**Required Qualifications****Experience:** 1–2 years of customer care, support, or intake experience via chat and phone.**Skills:** Candidates must have strong written communication skills and the ability to follow and adapt templated responses. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.**Preferred Qualifications*** Familiarity with chat-based customer support tools.* Understanding of mobile apps and rewards programs, especially in the fast-food industry.* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.* Prior experience supporting fast-food or retail customers.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
