How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment .

• Create and manage comprehensive patient care plans, monitoring clinical conditions to provide proactive and responsive medical support .

• Support the patient’s recovery journey by coordinating with all medical disciplines to ensure a seamless and well-integrated care experience .

• Coordinate personalized discharge transitions with the healthcare team to prepare patients and families for a safe return home

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
