Analyst

Responsibilities Generate employee benefit quotes for medical and ancillary products Collect and review detailed client information for quotes Collaborate with brokers on complex quote requests Communicate with clients and brokers to gather information Recommend process improvements within the quoting workflow/system Stay updated on trends in employee benefits offerings and regulations Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service throughout the quoting process Assist in providing training in support of new onboarding agencies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous quoting experience as an Associate Rating Analyst, minimum 3 years, or any combination of education and/or experience that would provide an equivalent background in terms of quoting knowledge and experience Knowledgeable of all employee benefits products such as group health, dental, vision and other ancillary products Proficient in using quoting software, CRM/Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets (intermediate/advanced skills), and other relevant tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Demonstrate respect and professionalism in all internal and external interactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
