(90% of your day is on the phone)Be comfortable and satisfied, sitting 6+ hours a day.Be flexible moving between computer and manual processes.Be social, relational, caring, with others, but we do have a lot to accomplish, so able to balance that with getting to the work at hand.Can identify potential capacity in a donor for increased engagement opportunities.Have excellent verbal and written skills (ability to write in our brand voice).Be experienced in MS Office Products and ability to quickly learn new systems.Be donor passionate, donor centricExperience and Expertise:Bachelor's Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative support, or donor-facing experience preferred.Experience with CRM or database systems highly desirable.Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in processing information, managing records, and completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals and protocols.Sound judgment in handling confidential information and discerning sensitive donor matters.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships.Demonstrated ability to represent Ministry professionally and maintain listener confidentiality.What we can offer you:Industry leading Medical, Dental & Vision coverageShort/long term disability and life insuranceRobust 401K with company matchParental leave with Baby Bonding payGenerous PTO, holiday and sick payUnique company culture that includes exclusive access to concerts, movie premieres, media industry events, and moreLeadership and Career Development ProgramsAbout UsK-LOVE is a nonprofit, multi-platform media company on a mission to draw people closer to Christ.
