Warehouse Training Manager

Role Overview: The Manager of Warehouse Training leads the development and implementation of training programs to enhance associate performance and engagement within a warehouse environment. Collaborating with Operations Leadership and stakeholders, they ensure effective and sustainable training initiatives tailored to site-specific needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and coach warehouse associates to improve performance across the facility. Apply adult learning principles, coaching skills, and innovative solutions to elevate skills and influence performance. Ensure standardization and proper execution of site-specific training programs. Identify training needs through data analysis and observations, recommending appropriate solutions. Conduct training sessions, mentor trainers, and verify employee comprehension and demonstration. Lead trainer development, monitor performance, and support continuous personal growth. Implement best practices from field training teams into warehouse programs. Use data to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience.

1. years of training experience with understanding of adult learning styles.
2. years in a leadership role demonstrating influence skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
