- Manage supplier qualifications to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Execute rigorous supplier evaluations and quality audits.
- Conduct surveillance audits and facilitate serial production needs.
- Organize and perform inspections at supplier sites.
- Support customer witness inspections and testing at third-party laboratories.
- Own Supplier Responsibility Governance (SRG) metrics and conduct audits.
- Drive process improvement and manage supplier non-conformance issues.
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Develop supplier base and support new supplier onboarding.
- Bachelor's Degree in Controls, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 8-10 years of industry experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing.
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Supplier Quality.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings/specifications and technical standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally at short notice (50% travel required).
- Advanced Technical Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
- ISO Lead Auditor certification.
- Experience in Power Generation equipment manufacturing.
- Field experience in Gas Turbine Power Plants.
- Strong influencing and project management skills.
