Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the Woodspring Suites in West Monroe, Louisiana. In this role, you will lead hotel operations, especially in the absence of the General Manager, while also training staff and ensuring outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of leadership experience in a hotel setting and a passion for team development.
