Overview
Registered Nurse – House Supervisor position in Geneva, NY, United States. Start date: 09/29/2026. Duration: 22 contract weeks. Weekly pay: $2,219–$2,367 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of nursing units under the direction of the Director of Nursing (LTC) and provide clinical supervision to staff on assigned units
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate Nursing Department activities in alignment with policies, standards, and regulations
- Ensure quality resident care through teaching, supervision, and performance feedback to nursing staff on respective shifts
- Communicate with the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Manager regarding identified and potential unit problems; collaborate to resolve issues
- Respond after hours to critical issues and leave appropriate communication for non-urgent items
- Make sound administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing and LTC Administrator on off-shifts and weekends within the defined scope of responsibility

Requirements
- Licensure: Active NYS Registered Nurse license
- Certifications: BLS certification (through AHA or RQI)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of long-term care (LTC) experience and prior supervisory experience
- Education: Graduation from an approved nursing program with NYS RN licensure
- Skills/ability: Ability to work in a long-term care setting, supervise staff, and uphold standards on evenings and during holidays
