Community Partners in Action (CPA) is hiring an Intervention Specialist for the Manchester Alternative in the Community (MAIC) program in Manchester, CT. The role focuses on cognitive behavioral interventions and case management for adults involved in the criminal justice system. Typical schedule runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-4pm and Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm-8:00pm, with potential evenings as needed.
