Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day patient services operations, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, administrative, credentialing and revenue cycle functions. Supervise and support assigned staff, providing education, orientation and supervision. Ensure efficient patient flow and work flows that result in office efficiencies. Manage billing, insurance verification, claims processing and revenue cycle processes. Analyze productivity and operational metrics and identify/implement process improvements. Address issues and resolve barriers impacting patient care and program effectiveness. Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality care and organizational goals. Partner with clinical and financial teams to reduce access to care and disruption to accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements. Oversee provider scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet patient needs. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health or related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of healthcare practice management, medical office management or healthcare operations experience; Prior supervisory experience required. Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), medical billing, credentialling, insurance verification, prior authorizations and revenue cycle management. Why SCADD?
