Leveraged Finance Associate Attorney
Locations: Dallas, TX | Charlotte, NC | Boston, MA | New York, NY
Experience: Mid-Level to Senior
Direct Counsel is seeking mid-level to senior Leveraged Finance Associate Attorneys to join the Finance practice of a leading Am Law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with sophisticated leveraged finance experience who are looking to work on a diverse range of complex financial transactions in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Position HighlightsMid-level to senior associate experience in leveraged finance transactions
Experience practicing in a large law firm environment
Strong experience handling sophisticated financing transactions
Excellent drafting and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and competing priorities
Interest in working across a diverse range of financial transactions
$370,000–$455,000 base salary , consistent with the current Cravath-scale market for mid-level to senior associates. Compensation will vary based on class year, qualifications, experience, and office location. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
