Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest Medicare certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we’re looking for a Help Desk Specialist Level I to join our award-winning team. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or in-person. Provide first-level technical support for common IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Provide first-level technical support for core applications and systems. Document all support requests and resolutions in the IT service management system. Follow standard procedures for troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel. Assist in setting up new user accounts and hardware under direction from senior staff. Support basic software installations and updates on end-user devices. Maintain and update IT documentation related to troubleshooting and support procedures. Educate users on basic IT policies, password management, and best practices. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when assisting users. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve technical skills and service delivery. Qualifications 1–2 years of IT or Help Desk experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general desktop support. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow documented procedures and elevate issues when appropriate. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or coursework (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) a plus.
