- # Event Marketing Associate, ListingsApplylocations: USA - New York City - New Yorktime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R0026573As an **Event Marketing Associate** reporting to the Senior Event Manager, Listings, you'll play a key role in delivering events and marketing initiatives that generate meaningful connections with existing clients, build new relationships with prospective customers, and position Nasdaq as a thought leader in regional and global conversations. You'll support hosted and sponsored events across the Listings team - managing logistics, research, and communications that keep every experience running seamlessly. You'll thrive in this position if you're organized, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced environments - someone who takes pride in flawless execution and brings a proactive, collaborative spirit to every project.***Job Responsibilities and Requirements**** Support end-to-end event preparation, including venue sourcing, proposal development, and stakeholder presentations, as well as coordinating event deliverables such as invitations, communications, gifting, and on-site materials* Provide on-site support for designated meetings and events, including event setup, attendee check-in, badge management, and materials coordination* Assist with tracking following each event and updating marketing tools accordingly* Reconciles with accounting payments for these events, purchase order management, invoice submissions and tracking in accordance with budget* Calendaring through Microsoft Outlook and other platforms* Ongoing ownership of team resources including inventory, restaurant lists, area information, event and marketing training documents, swag/high-end gifting vendors, etc.* Quarterly newsletter preparation, communication***Additional Job Description Requirements**** 2 years of event marketing experience* A keen interest in developing a career in marketing and events* Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or hospitality* Well-presented with a professional approach* Exceptional verbal and communication skills and ability to interact with c-level executives both internally and externally* Flexible and hardworking team player; ability to flex and step in as needed* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and lead multiple projects simultaneously* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel* Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools; preferably in Salesforce, Bizzabo, Knak, Monday.com, Asana and Marketo* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends for events as neededThis position will be located in **New York** and requires on-site work 3 days per week.**Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
