Job Description Job Description PURCHASING COORDINATOR Pay: $27.00 – $32.00/hr Shift: Day Shift | Approximately 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating purchases, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring production departments have the materials needed to meet operational demands. Responsibilities Purchase materials, supplies, and services to support manufacturing operations. Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of critical materials. Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. Work closely with production, warehouse, and management teams to support operational needs. Qualifications Previous purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience REQUIRED. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 REQUIRED. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and purchasing software systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
