Talent Acquisition Recruiter I System One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter I to support hiring efforts in Pasadena, TX. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while identifying, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet project-specific needs and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Responsibilities Source, screen, and conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates Coordinate site interviews with hiring managers and assist in candidate selection Extend contingent employment offers in accordance with federal/state regulations Manage assigned requisitions including review, editing, and approval processes Track and report staffing activity using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems Develop and update job descriptions based on project scope and requirements Support redeployment initiatives through proactive communication with employees nearing assignment completion Manage onboarding processes including background checks, drug screens, health screenings, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and employment documentation Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems Exposure to recruiting for craft labor or industrial roles. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills High level of customer service orientation Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices Strong attention to detail High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or administrative experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
