We invite full-time Residential Comfort Advisors to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ.

This is an uncapped, commission-based role with a paid stipend for your training period (1-3 months based on experience). Established Comfort Advisors earn $100,000 to $200,000 in total compensation.

Pay and Benefits

This is an uncapped, commission-based role: you earn commission on the work you sell, and leads are provided. New advisors receive a paid training stipend for the first 1 to 3 months, based on experience. Established Comfort Advisors earn $100,000 to $200,000 in total compensation; earnings vary with experience and sales. We walk through the full commission plan in your interview.

• Health: Employee-only medical is $10 a paycheck. Our HRA covers your deductible, up to $4,000 ($8,000 with spouse, dependents or family); after that, coinsurance applies. Employee-only dental is $0. Coverage starts after a 90-day probation. Dependent coverage is available at your cost.

• Retirement: 401(k) for full-time staff through Basic Capital.

• Time off: Paid time off from day 91: one week of vacation after year one, two after year two, three after year five. Paid holidays.

• Also available: Pre-tax FSA and dependent-care accounts; supplemental vision, life and disability coverage.

• Vehicle and tools: Company vehicle, gas card, tolls, plus a phone, tablet and laptop.

???? Self-motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and continued growth mindset.

???? Proven track record in negotiation and overcoming objections in a consultative environment.

???? People champion: build relationships and interact positively with all levels of people.

???? Ideally, you have familiarity with in-home sales. Residential home services and/or HVAC systems is a bonus. 

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.

This role will be focused on Residential Services Sales, playing a critical role in the conversion of leads/prospects to customers, generating referrals, and building strategic customer relationships to maximize revenue for the organization.

This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:

???? Develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships.

???? Engage in live prospecting and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.

???? Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service we provide and pricing.

???? Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.

???? Understand the customers' needs and offer relevant products, including promotions. Service Area

Service Professionals serves homeowners across central and northern New Jersey, with shops in Union and Little Falls.
