What You'll Get: Realistic first-year earnings of $50,000-$200,000 (base + commission; top reps have cleared $200K) You pick your comp plan: lower hourly with a higher commission percentage on equipment sales, or a stronger hourly with moderate commission Priority calls and estimate requests from the company, plus room to generate your own leads Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% match 2 weeks PTO Company vehicle, iPhone, and sales tools provided Paid training, coaching, and mentoring What You'll Be Doing: Running company-provided in-home appointments with homeowners Assessing homes and recommending the right heating and cooling solutions Building quotes, presenting financing options, and closing Following up on open estimates and membership customers Who We're Looking For: You can read a room, you follow up like clockwork, and you'd rather build repeat customers than squeeze one-time wins. Beyond that: 2+ years of in-home or one-call-close sales experience (HVAC or home services strongly preferred) HVAC knowledge, or the drive to learn it fast (we train product and process) Comfortable generating some of your own leads on top of company priority calls Evenings-available flexibility for homeowner appointments Full pipeline.
