Assistant Property Manager

Chavezfoundation seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the manager of residential real estate properties. The role involves preparing leases, collecting rents, managing bookkeeping and coordination of maintenance and vendor services. Occasional travel to outlying facilities is required, and you will assist with tenant issues and evictions in line with supervisor guidance. Experience in property management (2–5 years preferred) and knowledge of Fair Housing and basic accounting are #J-18808-Ljbffr
