What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care in a Level III NICU, managing complex neonatal cases including ELBW infants
• Utilize advanced neonatal interventions such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and transport teams
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and emergency transport procedures
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
• Document care in compliance with hospital standards and policies

What You Need

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
• Board Certification in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (BCNNP)
• 2+ years of NICU experience, preferably in high-acuity settings
• Expertise in neonatal critical care technologies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams
