Responsibilities Meet with businesses and employees to explain benefit options Help employees enroll in workplace insurance plans Support employers with managing their benefits programs Answer questions about coverage, claims, and policies Build and maintain strong client relationships Lead group presentations and one-on-one consultations Stay up to date on benefit products and industry trends Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Customer service or consulting experience preferred Knowledge of employee benefits or insurance is a plus Comfortable presenting to groups and meeting with clients Organized and able to manage multiple accounts Ability to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN and surrounding areas Individuals who are already licensed in Life & Health insurance or motivated individuals interested in obtaining their Life & Health insurance license Full-time On-site in Chattanooga, Tennessee Client-focused sales and consulting role in workplace benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
