Global Business Process Management Program Manager

The Opportunity:The Global Business Process Management Program Manager is responsible for assessing Global Private Client Group needs, obtaining strategic alignment on organizational goals and long-term vision, and managing all aspects of a program's implementation working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.This role will help grow the adoption of client facing digital tools for both clients and internal employees. Knowledge of personalization, AI, and collaborating with groups such as User Experience, Consumer Learning, and Marketing is essential.The Day-to-Day:Defines, measures value, and prioritizes key features of client facing digital toolsDevelops plans to drive adoption and usage of key features in client facing digital toolsDefines program scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersEnsures program is completely and efficiently meeting the business requirements from ideation through deploymentResponsible for establishing and maintaining all timelines and budgets related to their section of the programCoordinates with partner groups related to projectsCreates and manages vision and scoping documentation, program schedule, and project plansProactively manages changes in program scope, risks/issues, dependencies, and devises contingency plansCoaches, mentors, motivates and supervises program team membersDevelops best practices and tools for program execution and managementWorks in a team-based, collaborative, and open office environmentYour Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredClient facing digital tools and managing their adoption, performance, and effectivenessWork both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentKnowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and ConfluenceManage changing priorities, demands and timelinesGain cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departmentsOrganizational change management practicesCompensation:$80,200 - $145,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
